SPECIAL DISCOVERY MASTERS

 

The Judges have developed an interest in the use of special discovery masters in patent cases in this District.  Due to the heavy patent case load and the Court's inability to provide unlimited accessibility, the use of special discovery masters may be appropriate in certain cases, particularly where time-consuming or technical electronic discovery issues may be involved.
