POST TRIAL MOTIONS

 

Local Rule 54.1 provides that the prevailing party shall be entitled to costs and defines the items taxable as costs.  The application for costs must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days after the time for appeal has expired, or within fourteen (14) calendar days after the appellate court issues its mandate.
