The Complex Commercial Litigation Division, which commenced on May 1, 2010, is a welcomed addition to the Delaware Superior Court and is authorized to adjudicate specific categories of complex business disputes, including cases with an amount in controversy 

of at least One Million Dollars. 

 

The CCLD provides yet another option for the resolution of complex business disputes within Delaware’s highly regarded court system.
