The Superior Court Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD) in Wilmington is located in the New Castle County Courthouse, which is at 500 North King Street in Wilmington, Delaware. There are CCLD's in both Kent and Sussex counties as well (see right).

 

TRAVEL.  The New Castle County Courthouse is 5 blocks from the Wilmington Train Station (.3 miles or 5 minute walk) and taxis are available.  Flights should be scheduled to arrive at the Philadelphia Airport (30 minutes from the courthouse).  While shuttles and car rentals are available, we generally suggest that counsel and clients are met by private car to avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

 

PARKING.  Parking is available at the New Castle County Courthouse parking facility which is located next to the Courthouse.
